Three people have been arrested over the alleged neglect of a resident at a south Wales care home.
Two men, aged 27 and 72, and a 42-year-old woman, all from the Rhondda area, were arrested on suspicion of wilful neglect of a vulnerable adult and perverting the course of justice.
Police said the arrests were linked to an alleged incident at Zoar Residential Home in Tonypandy in March.
It is said to have involved an 88-year-old woman who lived there at the time.
Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales, which regulates the home, said : "We are working closely with the police investigation, and with the local authority to look after the well-being of residents at the home".
Rhondda Cynon Taf council said it could not comment.
The privately-run home is registered to provide care for up to 30 people over the age of 65, including those with dementia.
