This is then backed up by the warehousing staff and customer service teams who are dedicated to ensuring that all products are supplied on time and with care.
Together with the catalogue a new website has been launched at http://www.econo-care.com; it will enable Econo-care’s customers to complete their orders quickly and efficiently. Using the latest web technologies has enabled the Internet Sales team to produce a contemporary website that is more accessible and easier to use. Every customer will be able to create an account and store their details, saving valuable time and effort when completing repeat orders. A quick order facility will also be available and allow regular customers who are familiar with Econo-care’s products to create an order in half the usual time. A monthly newsletter will be sent out to anyone who subscribes, with information on new products and industry news.
