The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated the care provided by Bluebird Care in Truro, Cornwall as Outstanding overall, following an inspection in June 2016.
Inspectors rated Bluebird Care Home Outstanding for being caring and well-led and Good for being safe, effective and responsive to people’s needs.

“We have found that Bluebird Care Home delivers an exceptional standard of care. There was excellent feedback from people and family members which showed staff made a positive and meaningful difference to people’s lives.
“There was a real commitment to provide high quality care and to people who live in their own homes. This was underpinned by a culture that was caring, compassionate and highly motivated. Both staff and management went the extra mile to provide a service where people felt safe, cared for and supported.
“Staff had the right skills and knowledge and the service was continually striving to improve the care they offered. All of the staff should feel proud of the work they do and of the outstanding support they give to people in their care.
